About
Because I got asked by participants of #T3BOARD19, if it would be possible to have a small summer event on a mountain lodge in Tyrol, I decided to organise such an event for the very first time in summer 2019.
And here we are: the first international TYPO3 Hüttengaudi (T3HÜTTENGAUDI2019) will take place in Tyrol!
SAVE the DATE: the event is scheduled from Friday 28th of June to Sunday 30th of June 2019.
The mountain shelter we managed to organise is called "Meißnerhaus", a hut of the "German Alpenverein" in the bigger area of Innsbruck (Viggartal, the valley behind the Patscherkofel). Prices are pretty moderate. We have one communal bunk (Matratzenlager) for us alone, ATM.
The following prices include two nights with halfboarding (breakfast and dinner):
Members of the Alpenverein (no matter if they are in the German or in the Austrian Alpenverein): € 70,-
Non-Members: € 90,-
Payments: Please pay attention now! No card payments at the hut, only cash payments possible!
All payments will be done directly with the hut!
Members of Alpenverein: DO NOT FORGET YOUR MEMBERSHIP CARD!
The lower prices are only available if you have your card with you, as the host need to scan them to get the money back from Alpenverein.
For the usage of the seminar room we will need some sponsoring. I doubt, this would be a problem, also that prices are moderate.
Internet access is available in the seminar room. On top I will bring my router again, known from the past T3BOARD events.
Luggage and some people could get a lift by the host in his car for some small extra fee.
The hut is reachable with Mountainbike and by foot more or less easily. But remember, the hut is in the mountains and as wished rather "urig" (basic) ... ;)
Registration: Please use our binding registration form, so we could inform our host, how many people would arrive, and when they arrive in Ellbögen (the village at the foot of the mountain).

Rough estimation of schedule
Disclaimer: the schedule may vary depending on the actual weather situation! All tracks are optional, beside the one returning to the hut in the evening after Boscheben Alm, all who went up will have to return together, for security reasons!
Please note, that you are completely responsible on your own, we do not take any accountability for accidents etc...! Although we will always have an eye on the people and will advise you how to move securely in the high-alpine region!

- Arrival; first rush up to the shelter around ~ 10:00 a.m. CEST;
luggage and some people could get a lift by the host in his car for some small extra fee.
If there are people arriving later, we will add another slot in the afternoon. But you are free to go to the hut at any time! Meeting point will be published a couple of days before. There are two parking lots in question, depending on the current parking situation. - Early arrivers could decide for some tour (bike or hike) or for sessions about TYPO3/IT
- ~ 7:00 p.m. CEST: Dinner
- ~ 9:00 p.m. CEST: Sessions about TYPO3/IT, socialising
Saturday, 29th of June 2019
- ~ 8:00 a.m. CEST: Breakfast
- ~ 9:00 a.m. CEST: Tour to "Morgenkogel". About 900m sea-level difference, pretty save tour but you will need good shoes and warm clothing!
- ~ 4:00 p.m. CEST: Back at Meißnerhaus. Time for sessions about TYPO3/IT, socialising or a small MTB tour for people who did not get enough yet ... ;)
- ~ 7:00 p.m. CEST: Dinner
- ~ 8:30 p.m. CEST: Small hike up to "Boscheben Alm" (~ 45 minutes walk). Having a beer or two there, and watching the traditional "Herz-Jesu-Feuer" on all the mountains around! (Please do not forget your headlight!)
- ~ 11:30 p.m. CEST: We return back to Meißnerhaus all together!! (so nobody could get lost)
